My Story

Welcome! I’m Awni Hamad, a Certified Wellness Coach since 2013 and have over 15 years of International experience in the Financial Services Industry in the US, UK, UAE and Lebanon. I am the founder of Seeking Panacea.

Ever since I was a child, I was always passionate about health, sports, fitness and nutrition, and when I started working in the Financial Services Industry my passions expanded to Investments, Economics, Equities and Financial Analysis.

At the age of 17, I learned how critical health was and how short life is when my mom passed away from Bone Marrow Cancer, and my dad survived Prostate Cancer.  From that point on, my life changed forever. I continuously studied, researched and practiced all aspects of wellness and want to share my knowledge, empower, educate and support people improve their overall wellness through  bio-individuality because one approach doesn’t fit all.


My goal is to help you discover the healthiest and fittest version of yourself and achieve your wellness potential because prevention is easier and a lot cheaper than a cure.

There is no one size fits all to reach your health/weight goal because each body, genetic composition and lifestyle differs from another. I will customize a plan just for you (as an induvial or group) and together we will successfully reach your wellness goal. 

I can also help you improve your financial health by improving your financial literacy, so that you can manage your money more efficiently and learn different forms of Investments. The most important Investment you can make is in yourself.
